The New England Congenital Cardiology Association (NECCA) is comprised of physicians and health care practitioners throughout the region dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with congenital and acquired heart disease. Through collaboration with regional colleagues, we seek to improve health outcomes for our patients, advance patient safety, provide patient and family education, and expand the availability of quality medical care. We are discovering new things every day in the fields of fetal, pediatric, and adult congenital cardiology and have much to learn going forward. NECCA members have aligned efforts in quality improvement, research, patient advocacy, and continuing education. NECCA hopes to restore children and adults with congenital and acquired cardiac disease to health both here in New England and beyond.
The Association is open to all physicians and advanced practice clinicians (physician assistants and nurse practitioners) specializing in pediatric cardiology, adult congenital cardiology, cardiac anesthesia, cardiac critical care, and congenital cardiac surgery practicing in the six (6) New England states (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT) as well as similar providers at any closely affiliated practices/programs.
